Rachel Eade MBE has 20 years experience in automotive supply chain development, playing a pivotal role in assisting more than 5000 companies and safeguarding in excess of 65,000 jobs.
She has a wealth of knowledge supporting component manufacturers in both crisis and growth situations and has extensive expertise in helping SMEs access public funds and advising Government bodies of business support requirements.
A member of the Automotive Council, her specialism involves working with management teams on long-term plans to develop capacity and capability, strategy and investment opportunities.
Rachel is also hugely passionate about developing the engineers of the future and is highly influential in refining skills provision and building educational links between manufacturers and schools.
Outside of work, she is a non-executive director and chair of finance for the RSA Academy in Tipton.
